Joe Dell has headed back to his novel titled Goin' Over which will contain the Musie disc that comes with the Goin' Over album. We caught up with Joe to get some words on how the project is advancing. Joe, "Well, I took a brief moment to record the Later track and now I am back, hard to work on the book. I am very happy I released the Later track, which is actually my first solo release, as opposed to the other SH memebers who have had solo releases many years back. It helped me ya know! Get over my divorce, thats why I had it released the day of the divorce. I also went in the studio New Year's Eve with Bob, God bless him, to leave 2012 on a high note. That was the very first track I laid down since my near fatal car accident in 2012. Makes me realize, I have it again. Now, it is time to attack the book! I want to get it right this time around. I have written well over 400 pages, but, now I am opening up the stories. I am finished with 11 chapters and have 22 to go. Let me clarify, I have the book written, I am expanding on the story. I don't want people to get the idea that the first 11 chapters are 400 pages! (laughter) My dear friend gave me an idea to help me with the 11th chapter, which led me to the grave site of my mother. It was rough ya know. I left there in tears, but, I think it was what I needed. Chapter 11 is the pivot point for the main character. I can't wait to get this finished and out there. I'm tellin' ya! It's gonna be good!" More news as it developes. Joe also informed us that there is a full length album on hold in lieu of the book.
