Joe Dell recieved the sad news about the passing of his close, dear friend Thomas "Mootsy" Vetri. The Mootsy name had been a part of the Sleepy Hollow band since day one. He has had his special blurbs on every Sleepy Hollow release and he is mentioned in the Goin' Over Musie Seedy Sales spoken section. Joe gave some special words on his friend, "Mootsy was a more of a brother than a friend. He has been in my life for 27 years and was a very important part. When I was young and going through the awkward time in my life all teens do, he helped build my esteem and taught me how to defend myself. He made me laugh when I was down. When my mother passed away, Moots sat on his front porch with me and consoled me and helped lift my spirits with some of deepest words I had ever heard from him at the time. I always thanked him for what he did for me. To be honest I would never had been able to go on stage with the confidence I had if it weren't for him. He loved me as well as his other friends and family. He took care of his little girl Munchkin better than any father could have. My heart goes to his daughter, mother & father, sisters and Flower. I loved him dearly and this is another piece of my hearth lost. Rest well my brother, I'll be seein' ya soon."
