Yesterday, Joe Dell was released from the Halo vest he was in due to the car accident. Dr Azmi reviewed the CT scans and saw ample healing and decided it was time for Joe to move on. Joe is now in a Miami neck brace. Joe is grateful for all the prayers on his behalf. Joe, "I thanked God all the way home. This is such a wonderful relief.
