Sleepy Hollow: The Legend

Former Members

Deve Guzman - drums 2004-2005

Deve Guzman (drums) is the New Yorker of the band. She hooked up with Sleepy Hollow via Matt Schwarz (guitar), whom she met at a Renfest. Musical influences are Black Sabbath (with Ozzy), Aerosmith, the Monkees, the Moody Blues, Alice in Chains, STP, Elastica, Beck and, of course, Sleepy Hollow. Deve is open to all musical influences, as long as the music doesn?t cause her to vomit. She also sings and plays acoustic guitar.

Flamin' Frank Melick - drums, vocals 1999-2001

Frank Melick played drums in US Bandit before joining Sleepy Hollow in 1999. He left Sleepy Hollow after recording "Goin' Over" with them at the end of 2001. He now sings with Frankie Goes To Englewood.

Dan Castiel - bass, sax, vocals 1999-2002

Dan Castiel, Sleepy Hollow's original bass player has achieved many crafts in the entertainment industry.
Starting out playing the saxophone at an early age, he has played in a number of concert and jazz bands. He continues to strive for musical potentiality by playing the bass and singing.
His influences range from KISS, Iron Maiden, to the Doors, Mozart, Jewel, and Thelonious Monk, and they don't stop there! With the blend of all of these influences, it creates an interesting and truly unique style that Dan can truly call his own.
Dan has been seen in the past with various cover and original groups in the past such as Thrillseeker, and Dizzy Dog. Along with studying music, Dan has also been involved in acting and drama.
With all of these facets to Dan, he effectively contributed to the unique style that is Sleepy Hollow.
Dan left Sleepy Hollow in 2002, during the frustrating drummer search before Sleepy Acoustic Hollow brought the band back to the stage. He has gone on to perform in such bands as Adrenalize and Rattlesnake Canyon.
